2. AI Moderation & Video Interception

To keep the community safe, we use automated AI tools to monitor the platform. By using DesiSpark, you consent to the following:

• Our system periodically captures low-resolution screenshots of your video feed to scan for nudity, explicit content, or underage users.
• If you are reported by another user, your text chat logs and a screenshot of your camera will be sent securely to our moderation team.

3. Data Storage and Retention

We believe in minimal data retention. Video frames and chat logs are temporarily stored for moderation purposes and are automatically deleted from our servers within hours. However, if your IP address is banned for violating our rules, we will permanently store your IP address and the violation reason to prevent future access.

4. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Connections

DesiSpark primarily uses WebRTC technology to establish a direct Peer-to-Peer connection between you and your chat partner. This means your live high-definition video and audio are transmitted directly to the other user and are not recorded or stored on our servers.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage and essential cookies to save your preferences (such as your chosen Gender) so you do not have to re-select them every time you visit the site. We do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.
